🧊 Early Start? We’ve Got You Covered.
We begin activation service on April 14. While we recommend waiting until after the average last freeze (typically mid-May), many homeowners prefer to activate earlier.
If you do, we’ve got you covered. Your technician will wrap your backflow preventer as a courtesy to help protect exposed pipes from freezing temperatures.
We simply ask that you provide:
-
A couple of towels
-
A plastic bag
Wrapping provides protection down to about 25°F. Colder temperatures may still result in freeze damage.
